Adjustable Telescopic Props are an essential and economical component of shuttering systems, widely used to support formwork for slabs, beams, walls, and columns during construction.
They are manufactured from ‘B’ Class steel tubes and consist of two main parts: Prop Outer and Prop Inner. The outer prop is fabricated from 50 NB (60.3 mm OD) tube with a threaded or slotted top end and fitted with a malleable cast iron nut with handle for precise height adjustment. The bottom is provided with a welded 150 × 150 × 5 mm MS flat base plate for stable support.
The inner prop is made from 40 NB (48.3 mm OD) tube with holes at regular 150 mm intervals for easy height setting. The top end is fitted with a welded U-head, flat head, or beam head as per application requirements.
This design ensures strong load-bearing capacity, easy adjustment, and reliable performance on construction sites.
